Through the darkness, I was blessed with a mind that continued to see beauty everywhere. I started taking photos on our walks and posting them on Instagram with the hashtag Beauty Everywhere. As the technology improved, so have the quality of my pictures. I notice details. Butterflies stop for me so that I can take their pictures. I capture light.

I recently shared some of my artwork with a friend and it made me realize that I never share it any of it publicly. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and start putting them up on my website, in the About Me section.

I wanted to share my latest project, which I'm super proud of: Orenna.io. This was such a fun project because it was one big problem-solving exercise, and I love problem-solving! I learned even more about the ways I could customize a basic template so that each aspect was intentional. Some moments were threatening to drive me bonkers because I had a vision and I didn't yet know how to execute it. Let it never be said that I give up easily! As I mentioned, I love a good problem.

I finished designing and building our website and noticed something strange had happened. Somewhere down the line, I started liking this AI design. I liked the concept but knew it needed help. I had to shush the voice inside me that judged using an AI logo when I was perfectly capable of coming up with one myself. The thing is, the idea was pretty cool.

Friends and colleagues, I have several exciting updates to share with you! I spent 2025 working on some very interesting projects, but first I want to let you know that I’m available to freelance again.
